On Friday, Mama was off so we made the most of it trying to get ready for Christmas.
Ella shopping with us at Ann Taylor Loft - she loved all the pearls
Funny Store- Ella has named Kent and Melanie's baby "Rosie", "Rosie Raynor - doesn't that have a nice ring to it? While we were shopping, she would see baby girl stuff and tell us that we should buy it for "Rosie". She came up with this all on her own and it has stuck. If only we could convince Melanie.....ha!
When Caleb got out of school, we started baking.
Caleb was SUCH a big help rolling out sausage balls.
Ella wasn't a fan but she sat there the whole time telling us what a great job we were doing!
The princess helping us make the cheese pennies.
Part of the baking done - sausage balls, cheese pennies, and turtles
All the baking and shopping wore this girl out - she got quiet and we found her asleep on the couch
She woke up and "helped" us again by licking the spoon :)
White Trash in progress
Mama making the haystacks
Christmas Baking 2014 Done - Now to enjoy all the goodies!
Corey and daddy got the Christmas tree down and up
While in the attic, Ella found Barbie cases - one was my moms and one was mine when we were little girls. She was a happy girl!
Both were full of Barbies and Barbie clothes - some of the clothes my Nana made
Checking it all out - this kept her entertained all night
We decorated the pantry with Ella's artwork from school this week - I especially love the finerprint candy cane.
What a fun, productive day!
