Between Operation Christmas Child and Crosses for Christmas, I've lived at church this week - but it's all good stuff so no complaints here :)
Monday
Ella and Isabella doing her HW
Homemade pizza for dinner - they said it was the best they had ever eaten!
Running around getting supplies to make Christmas ornaments for the donors of Crosses for Christmas
Tuesday
My little "Noble Knight" of the week - she got the award for always following instructions and knowing what comes next without asking in class
Supermoon at church while collecting shoeboxes
We also got these awesome pictures from crosses being distributed in Colombia
They made this sweet sign for dad - Thank you for helping to make Jesus famous!
Wednesday
Visiting Granddaddy's spot after school - Caleb had a bad day missing Granddaddy
My sweet little buddy just kept saying "It's not fair I lost both my Granddaddy and my PePa"
Working on Crosses for Christmas ornaments and collecting OCC shoeboxes - this crew was a HUGE help!
Sticking labels on the backs of the ornaments
Putting labels on the envelopes
Friday
Amanda called and said she was in Raleigh - I drove halfway to meet her for breakfast really quick - she couldn't be that close and me not see her! Enjoyed our quick meeting so much - we talked, we laughed, we cried and just caught up!
Back at church and putting crosses in envelopes for Crosses for Christmas - Corey was a trooper helping me especially since he licked almost all 200 envelopes!
Picked these two up from school and it looks like they had fun at "Fun Day"
Caleb and his "big" balloon - He got one at school a while back and it popped and he was sad. Ella won another one at school and couldn't wait to give it to Caleb after school. I love how they love each other!
Mailing some of Granddaddy's crosses to the generous donors
This girl was happy to help!
Caleb with some eggs that Jacob brought from his chickens
Helping me load the car with our OCC stuff
Annual packing party at church for OCC
Making cards for the kids who will receive their boxes
Making boxes
The kids with boxes they packed
The whole crew - we packed 121 gospel opportunites!
Hot chocolate to stay warm
These two chillin on the cooler together
Doesn't look like these three were working too hard? Ha!
Saturday
It was the one month anniversary since dad went to heaven
We went to breakfast at Amy Jo's and carried on some of dad's traditions - getting a booster seat for Ella's babies
and ordering Mickey Mouse pancakes!
We also helped mom get her tree up
Sunday
Church and then family pictures
Rhett's 1st Birthday - he enjoyed his cake!
Ella loves the birthday boy!!
It was a busy week but full of lots of good things!
Licking 200 envelopes sounds like a straight up nightmare. I would have died! I cringe thinking about licking ONE envelope! Glad Corey was a trooper and helped you! LOVE YOU!!!!
