Santa Came To Our House!

Santa came to visit us!

The kids got big wheels!

We left eggog and fruit cake for Santa.  Santa wrote a very nice letter to the kids. 

We had to wake the kids up at 7 to see what Santa brought.

Caleb was so excited that he got the "big wheel bike" he had been asking for. 

He was also very excited that Santa brought Ella one too!

Ella got the "puter" that she has been asking for so she can "check her email" 

Ella has been asking for this and when she opened it she said "He did bring it".

Caleb got soccer goals so he can practice in the back yard 

Ella got a chair for the beach -it came in a bag and she thought it was a sleeping bag.  Caleb quickly corrected her and said "No Ella, you got your own chair for the beach like mine". 

 Both kids got new games - Chutes and Ladders and Connect 4.

Caleb got tools that he can take apart and put back together with his drill - this boy loves taking stuff apart with a screwdriver. 

Ella got the piggy bank she has been asking for - and she hugged it as soon as she opened it.  Precious!

After all the present opening, we had french toast, bacon, and fruit for breakfast 

 Since Corey put lights on the kids playset this year, Caleb kept saying that he bet Santa would leave them a present in the treehouse so after breakfast they headed outside to check.



And Santa did!  They both got a big sticker/coloring book.

We played at home for a little while and then headed over for Christmas at Granddaddy and Mammy's house.
