Whirlwind, Whirligig Weekend

This week has been busy and we didn't slow down any this weekend!

Saturday morning I headed out to work at the Whirligig Festival to pass out shoeboxes and tell others about Operation Christmas Child.  Corey brought the kids down there for a little while...

Caleb worked by helping pass out candy canes...

...while Ella sat with Mrs. Eleanor and snacked!

Corey took the kids to do all the kids activities such as bounce houses, carnival games, arts and crafts.  Caleb also jumped on the bungee trampoline thing and loved it.  Corey said he was jumping and turning flips.

We left downtown and headed with the youth to Ken's Corn Maze.
Here are the teams...

The boys finished the maze in 37 minutes.  Caleb was so excited that his team won.  After they finished, they stood on the observation deck and made fun of us!
These lovely ladies came in 2nd place with 52 minutes.
And my team came in last with 62 minutes.  That is ok - we had fun!

Here is Ella coming out of the corn maze.

My babies are getting so tall!
Having fun playing in the corn pit
Running hand in hand to go play - so sweet!

 Riding the horsey swings
 Ella's turn
Our family - fun, fall day!

Sunday we headed to church and took a quick picture of the kids in their matching outfits.
This was the best picture we got :)

After church we headed to Aiden's 4th birthday party at Jumping Beans in Wake Forest.
The kids had a blast jumping and sliding!

Ella giving Caleb some love at the party - this girl loves to give kisses!
 Sweet Eli was snoozing!
Caleb and Aiden, the birthday boy - sweet cousins!
