Ella's 3rd Birthday

Ella turned 3 today!  My baby isn't a baby anymore!  She had a wonderful day.  Anytime that anybody was doing something she didn't like she would quickly say "Hey, but it's my birthday!" so she got her way a lot today especially with Caleb.

 

Caleb woke up before Ella so we made her a sign for her birthday while we waited for her to wake up.

When she woke up, it was time for a few little birthday treats...

We had Chickfila with Anna Jane, Conner, Haley, Kate, Jeff and Lizzie Kate!

She was so excited - she opened it and asked where her next present was! 

They know her well - she got a pack and play for her baby!  She loves it!

 

Tonight we had a birthday dinner with the family

I cooked lasagna, salad and bread.  Melanie had to work and couldn't come til later.

Kent and Melanie gave her PJs, an outfit, and some "paint" for her toes.

She got a monogrammed lunch box since she will be old enough for lunch bunch this year! 

And a new book bag for school! 

We also gave her a new coat!

It was a bicycle helmet - then we told her to close her eyes for her last surprise...

And the bike was complete with a seat for "happy baby" to ride too!

Ella requested "nilla" ice cream with sprinkles for dessert.  She was smiling as we sang to her.
