Life Lately - Long Week

This was our first 5 day week since Christmas!

Monday

How we all felt!

I didn't do great taking pictures this week - we were busy!

Thursday 

Girls Night with Friends at the "Dare To Be" Conference 

Worshipping with Natalie Grant 

Love a lot of her songs - and we loved hearing her testimony 

Charlotte Gambill was the speaker and she was good!  She talked Nehemiah rebuilding the walls and how we all need to "mend the fences" in our lives and "join forces with others"

Friday 

Field Trip to the Planetarium with Caleb's class 

Show with my boy - we still wants me around in 3rd grade! 

This part was so neat!  The kids had to protect their space ranger (a glass ornament) from crashing into Mars.  Caleb's team named themselves "The Experts" 

They had a budget and certain materials they could buy 

Caleb's team didn't break when it went crashing into the rocks!

After a late night and a field trip we cuddled on the couch after school

Saturday 

Caleb had another basketball game 

Taking care of the bunnies 

They love fresh weeds :) 

Also taking care of Hank and Bailey 

We got to see the new Hutchens House on Saturday night and my kids always love to hold Carter - we can't wait til they move in and will be closer to us!

Life Lately - more SNOW!

Monday

NO SCHOOL again!

The boys went hiking

Caleb is just like Corey and loves outdoorsy stuff

Ella on the other hand opted to stay with Mammy in the warm house while I worked

We got back in a routine for ONE day and then more SNOW on Wednesday so no school! 

Wednesday night we went to work on the yard sale 

We found this treasure on an item we had cleaned out for the yard sale so we loaded it up to bring it back home

And came home and made snow cream! 

The Boltons got a call that they had been matched to a baby - so they dropped Hank with us and headed to Florida!  We are so excited and can't wait to meet baby Bolton!

Thursday 

Another snow day - these three ventured out while I stayed in the house getting some stuff done first thing

I joined them for sledding at the Rec 

Not too much snow the grass is already peaking thru

We decided to leave and head to Forest Hills school next - that is where we always went sledding when I was little

Kids enjoyed it there too! 

Back home to warm up and cuddle with Hank 

Hot chocolate time 

Kids had fun putting together puzzles

Friday 

Face timing with Audrey and Camden! 

Ella had lunch with Madyson and her mom sent me a picture 

It was such nice weather so we took Hank for a walk 

We had a rock band perform on Friday night

Saturday 

Early morning shopping at the yard sale 

Caleb's 1st Basketball Game #24 

These two ate snacks the whole game 

Caleb is glad to have Conner on his team

Such a special day - Caleb was baptized 

with Landon and Mark

Buddies since birth, now brothers and sisters in Christ

Giving his testimony - he did so good!

"I asked Jesus to come into my life on Christmas night.  I am very happy to be baptized today.  I know that the only way to be forgiven of my sins is to put my trust in Jesus".  and he wrote it all by himself!
