Life Lately - February is Flying By, It's Valentines!

Sunday

After church, the kids came home and worked on their Valentines cards for their class 

 

Later that afternoon, some of the girls in my Sunday School class (and a few of our moms) had a painting party at Artful Expressions...

My table - we all got to pick what we wanted to paint and most of us did door hangers

After the painting party we headed to Kelly's for a SuperBowl Party

This girl crashed - we stayed the whole game because we got a call that school was on a delay the next day due to the sleet and icy roads.

 

Monday 

They came downstairs early and fell back asleep in my bed.  Caleb didn't have to go to school until 10 and Ella's school was cancelled. 

Audrey and Crawford came over for supper and to watch the Bachelor 

 

Tuesday

Love all the cute crafts the kids have made!

Wednesday

It was an early release day and Caleb requested Taco Bell for lunch

Thursday 

It was Ella's Valentine party at school!

Friday

Kids were out of school due to threat of inclement weather 

These girls came over to hang out and we talked and played games 

Kori came over and the kids played playdoh 

Suited up and ready to play in the little bit of snow we had as it was starting to fall

They scraped up some snow from the trampoline for snow cream

In all the commotion we lost Bailey - this was the picture we used to try and find her

 

Saturday 

Browns brought over heart shaped biscuits and Valentines

We found Bailey on Saturday afternoon.

She had wondered one street over and some nice people had taken her in.  She had an adventure to Smithfield and back.  Caleb was so happy to have her back!

Kids wanted to dig in but we made them wait til after supper 

Logan, Meridth and Rhett came over for dinner.  We had a nice visit and enjoyed seeing Rhett  - he has gotten so big!
