Life Lately - Busy Week of Summer Fun

Monday - We were at the lake celebrating July 4th

Tuesday

The kids stayed with Lauren while I worked - I came home to a butterfly doing crafts

We went to Ninja Night at the Library with Owen and Brooklynn

Wednesday 

Heather, Teague, and Elliott were in town and stopped by for a visit

We went to Defy Gravity with church that night

Thursday 

We went to Water Country with the McKeels 

Caleb and the Nitro Racer - he loves all the water slides

We got an ice cream treat!

Friday 

The kids went to "Camping" Fun with Friends Friday 

We went and got FREE Burger King lunch with our library rewards 

Then we went and bowled FREE with our bowling coupons 

So much fun to be back together with some of our preschool friends!

July 4th Weekend

We headed up to the lake after work on Friday night

We woke up in the night with Ella being sick so me and her spent the rest of the night on the bathroom floor :( 

Saturday morning she was feeling better thankfully - playing Crazy 8s

We woke her up and headed out to see the fireworks

The weather was rainy and dreary 

The boys and Lena headed out to fish in the rain and the caught a bunch - 64 to be exact!

Life Lately - Summer Fun

Sunday

Ella was worn out after church - she fell asleep like this and slept for 2.5 hours 

Some of the teens came over for a cookout and swimming that night

Cuddled up with Crawford - these two love him!

Monday 

Our sunflower has gotten so tall... 

and pretty! 

Granddaddy called and said he caught something in the rabbit box - a turtle! 

They love checking his plants - they found a blueberry! 

We went and picked Grayson up for lunch at Chickfila 

It was a rainy day so the kids jumped on the trampoline and got so wet but had so much fun!

Wednesday 

The kids stayed with dad while I worked - they will spend hours looking at the knife collection 

On the way home from church - Mr. Glenn and Mrs. Jean gave us some pretty flowers from their yard

Thursday 

Target Date with the Stones 

We headed to the library to get our prizes from reading and check out some new books.

I counted before I took the picture and Pierce jumped on 3.

Friday

After working and packing and cleaning, we went to the pool for a few hours 

Madeline went too!  She had her bathing suit on and even went swimming!

We are headed to the lake for the weekend - will update about our 4th of July when we get back!
